Rocky Mountain Dutch Oven Cooking

Rocky Mountain Dutch Oven Cooking was formed to pass down wilderness cooking skills that must be learned by experience. To this end, we hold cooking classes utilizing Dutch ovens and other heritage cooking tools where they were traditionally used - in the wilderness and historic sites.

Using open fires you will learn how pioneers cooked 150 years ago - skills that are just as useful today in the suburban backyard.
