Rocky Mountain Dutch Oven Cooking and Miner's Delight Inn owners Bob and Barbara Townsend have teamed up for a chance for you to go back in time at one of the most historic and charming bed and breakfasts in Wyoming.

Students will enjoy staying exploring the inn, learning to cook a variety of foods in Dutch ovens using a variety of techniques, cowboy poetry and entertainment in the evening around the campfire, and a guided tour of the South Pass City State Historic Site and Carissa gold mine.

In addition to instruction, your tuition fee includes a #12 Dutch oven and associated gear, a night's stay at Miner's Delight Inn and admission to the South Pass City State Historic Site.
