Colleen Sloan Long-time Dutch oven cook Colleen Sloan of Log Cabin Grub helps keep us on track and makes sure we all have enough cast iron.

   Rocky Mountain Dutch Oven Cooking and Wagons West have teamed up with Central Wyoming College create the most authentic all-outdoor Western experience you can have. 
    Most people who come to the wagon train have to sit and watch while real cowboys prepare the grub and drive the teams, but with this rare opportunity you have a chance to be part of the action. 
    Students will spend two days in the Bridger-Teton National Forest sleeping in covered wagons, cooking over open fires, learning to drive horses and having fun!
